The Spa and Wellness Academy Pte. Ltd. (SWA) is a leading spa and massage training institute for the Tourism-Spa industry in Singapore. It is an Approved Training Organization (ATO) by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) in delivering its accredited Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) since 2005. SWA is also an ITEC (UK) registered school.

We believe that the true quality of a Spa is seen in the quality of its therapists. The Academy is committed to provide high standards of vocational training and academic studies by offering good and relevant curriculum in a realistic workplace learning environment. We offer a reasonable average student-trainer ratio of 15:1 and our premises consists of 5 classrooms with sizes ranging from 200 to 300 square feet.

We have developed transparent redress policies (see below) that are disseminated to our students so that they can devote full attention to their studies, knowing that assistance is available to them should the need arises. Our student's handbook and marketing communication collaterals contain details of all types of required fees payable (tuition and non-tuition fees) with respect to the courses enrolled.

• We will clearly advise prospective students on pre-requisites and requirements applicable to the various courses.
• We will also advise the students that our courses can be physically
  demanding.
• We are committed to protect students against non-conformance to course
  guidelines.
