For Individuals

If you are keen to attend our courses, please follow these steps for online registration:

  1. Select the course(s) which you would like to attend by clicking on the “add to cart” button beside each course name. See complete listing of our professional courses here.
  2. Make necessary online payment for the Registration & Admin Fee of each course selected. You are free to select as many courses as you wish to attend.
  3. Download Course Application Form.
  4. Return complete application form to:
    The Spa and Wellness Academy Pte Ltd
    161 Lavender Place, #04-04 Lavender Place, Singapore 338750
    or email to academy@spawellness.com.sg

Alternatively, you may wish to visit our office to register for our courses personally and pay for the Registration & Admin Fee by cash or cheque.

The total Course Fee is payable either by cash or cheque. You may also opt for an interest-free 4-equal installment payment for the Course Fee.

 

For Companies

If your organization would like to send employees for our training courses, please take note of the following procedures:

Singaporean / PR employees eligible for WDA funding

  1. If your company does not have a SDF and SRP account, please apply online at http://www.sdf.gov.sg/ and http://srp.org.sg/
  2. Check the class start and end date on our homepage. Do call us at 6296 2468 for confirmation of classes as schedules are subject to changes.
  3. Enroll your employee(s) online through SDF account and await our approval. Do give us a call at 6296 2468 if you do not see your enrollment being approved within 2 working days.
  4. Meanwhile, you may wish to apply for SRP to subsidise your employee(s) during the course training period.
  5. After your registration online is approved by us, fill up the Course Application Form and Declaration Form for Course Application. These 2 forms are required to be submitted per employee per course before course commencement.
  6. Return completed application forms to:

    or email to academy@spawellness.com.sg
  7. Make payment for Registration & Admin Fee in the following methods:
    1. Online payment - Select the course(s) which you are sending your employee(s) for training by clicking on the “add to cart” button beside each course name. See complete listing of our professional courses here. Edit quantity according to the number of employees you are sending for training.
    2. Visit our office personally to make payment in cash or cheque. You may wish to send your employee(s) to do so and submit the 2 forms at the same time.
    3. Mail us a cheque for payment together with the 2 forms (applicable only if class is starting in more than 2 week’s time)
  8. Invoice for the remaining Course Fee payable after subsidy will be issued to your company and payment is strictly by company cheque only, payable to either The Spa and Wellness Academy Pte Ltd or The Spa and Wellness School Pte Ltd.

Foreign Employees

  1. Fill up the Course Application Form
  2. Return completed application form to:

    or email to academy@spawellness.com.sg
    Alternatively, the course application form may be submitted on the 1st day of class
  3. Make payment for Registration & Admin Fee in the following methods:
    1. Online payment - Select the course(s) which you are sending your employee(s) for training by clicking on the “add to cart” button beside each course name. See complete listing of our professional courses here. Edit quantity according to the number of employees you are sending for training.
    2. Visit our office personally to make payment in cash or cheque. You may wish to send your employee(s) to do so and submit the course application form at the same time.
    3. Mail us a cheque for payment together with the course application form (applicable only if class is starting in more than 2 week’s time).
  4. Invoice for the total Course Fee payable will be issued to your company and payment is either by cash or cheque. Your company may also opt for an interest-free 4-equal installment payment for the Course Fee.
